Product Description

Surgical blades are typically made from T10 material specified in GB/T1298 or Cr06 material specified in GB/T1299. These materials undergo special treatments to ensure sufficient hardness and sharpness. Specifically, the hardness of stainless steel materials should not be less than 650HV10, while that of other materials should not be less than 750HV10. Additionally, the surface roughness Ra value of the blade should not exceed 0.4μm, and the surface roughness Ra value of the cutting edge should not exceed 0.8μm, to ensure smooth cutting and minimize damage to patient tissue.
